Add a File

• Why add a file?
  • By adding a file with tags and some other infomation to ApexBit TagFile, you can easily search for them by typing their tags, and have a preview.
• How to add a file?
  • Step 1:
    • Click the "Add File" button on the toolbar.
      In another way, you can use the menu item to implement that as well like the figure as well:
      

      In another way, you can also drag the file from Microsoft Windows to any dialog of ApexBit TagFile directly.
      

  • Step 2:
    • Choose the file from the dialog and then enter the tags and comment to the file.
      The comment you entered will be displayed the preview page.
      In this step, the most important what you should do is type the tags seperated by blank space or ";" in the edit box of "Add Tags:", and then press enter or click the button "Add".
      After that, the tags you type will be added to the "Tag List:".

  • Step 3:
    • Click the "OK" Button, or you can just press enter when the "Add Tags:" editbox is empty.
